EvictionRecords.com provides online tenant screening eviction checks and criminal background records on demand to landlords and apartment managers throughout the United States. We have launched a new tenant screening services partner site, TenantScreening.biz, that will also provide credit reports, credit scores, and is designed for landlords to facilitate educated leasing decisions. TenantScreening.biz was designed for landlords and property management companies as well as renters wanting to monitor their application process with apartments using the Internet.
TenantScreening.biz offers Credit Reports and a Tenant Score and is cost effective for Landlords.
TenantScreening.biz will offer landlords and small property management companies a cost-effective and easy-to-use tenant screening that provides all the necessary reporting to make good leasing decisions, including a tenant score. For a nominal fee of $29.99, the customer receives a credit record, a tenant score, a criminal background report, eviction report, sex offender report and more. The customer is only charged per application with no additional fees or membership costs. There is no long term commitment. The customer only pays if the applicant processes an application.
Although the landlord is able to view the credit report and other reports authorized by the potential renter/applicant, he/she does not get to view the renter’s personally identifiable information (for example, social security number, date of birth and account numbers). This private information is purposely masked to protect the privacy of the renter. This is achieved by having the landlord and renter both log into the site separately. The renter initiates the retrieval of his/her own credit report and then consents to having it sent to the landlord’s account for viewing. Once the landlord gets the renter’s credit report and other information, a trusted credit bureau verifies the renter is who they say they are and then hides the renter’s private information before displaying it to the landlord.
Of course, you can still use EvictionRecords.com to order eviction checks or federal court records on potential renters.
